Training

Thanks to years of experience, Sipar has developed a solid and recognized expertise in the field of library management and reading activity facilitation in Cambodia both for in school and out of school libraries. Our team organizes training sessions but is also interested in responding to requests to organize training “à la carte” according to your specific situation.

Methodology

All training sessions use interactive methodology, alternating theory and practice – Trainers are responsive to the specific needs of each participant. Pre and post tests enable each participant’s performance to be assessed.

Trainers

The trainers are experienced Sipar reading program managers, librarians and reading facilitators with several years experience.
